Which printer do I need?
Any printer that prints a PDF. You get six labels to a US Letter page, each boxed for cutting — laser or inkjet, plain paper or card stock.
Will the barcodes actually scan?
Yes. Choose Code 128 or QR per batch, then test-scan the free PDF before you commit to the building.
Do I need a spreadsheet of my locations first?
No — that is the point. Every other tool assumes the list already exists. Give it your aisle, bay, level and position ranges and it writes the codes for you, zero-padded, with your delimiter.
